Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below for return eligibility, costs, and procedures based on your region.

Return eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note: returns must be shipped (not just requested) within the return window i.e. a valid carrier scan/receipt date must fall within that window 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must have no stains, marks or tears.
  • All returns must be processed via our Returns Portal even in cases where we do not provide a returns label.

RSVP Apparel, Inc. reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. In this case, the package will be returned to the customer and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by RSVP Apparel, Inc. 

Return costs by country

We offer flat-fee return shipping labels for select countries. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning from outside these areas, you must arrange your own shipping.

United States 

  • A return label is provided at a flat fee of $11.99 

Canada

  • A return label is provided at a flat fee of CAD 16.99

United Kingdom

  • A return label is provided at a flat fee of £17.99

Rest of World

  • We appreciate our customers from every corner of the world. However, we currently do not provide prepaid return labels for all other locations outside of the United States, Canada and Unted Kingdom
  • You are welcome to return your item using a courier of your choice. Returns must be shipped to:

  • Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
  • Be sure to mark the package as “Returned Goods” and reference the original commercial invoice to potentially avoid additional customs charges. Any customs duties or fees incurred on return will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions
  2. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To switch sizes or styles, please return your item and place a new order.
